Card Shop FAQ: Buying, Selling, Shipping and Grading

Buying
Are the photos of the actual card?
Yes. Every listing shows the exact card or item you will receive, front and back.
How do I know a graded card is real?
Graded cards come sealed in the grading company's case with a unique cert number. On PSA cards, the cert number on the product page links to PSA's website so you can check it yourself.
What condition are raw cards in?
Each listing states the card's condition. Look closely at the photos, since every raw card is unique and may show small differences.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. If your order arrives damaged or is not the card shown in the listing, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the card and packaging, and we will refund or replace it. We do not accept returns over grade disagreements.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
Shipping is $5.99 per order within the United States. Orders of $100 or more ship free.
How fast do orders ship?
Orders ship from Tulsa, Oklahoma within 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 3 to 5 business days after that.
How are cards packed?
Every order ships well protected.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to US addresses only.
Selling your cards
How do I sell my cards to you?
Go to our Sell Your Cards page, list your cards with their market values, and upload front and back photos. We review your photos and email you a price. Most sellers hear back within two business days.
Do I need to send my cards first?
No. Upload photos and we send you a price. You only send your cards after you accept our offer.
What cards do you buy?
We buy Pokemon and sports cards, both raw and graded.
Is the estimate on the sell page my final offer?
No. The estimate is a rough number based on the values you enter. Your price comes from our review of your photos and depends on condition, authenticity and current market. There is no obligation to sell.
How do I get paid?
We pay by PayPal, Venmo or store credit. If you accept our offer, we email you instructions for getting your cards to us. Once we receive your cards and confirm they match your photos, we send payment.
Grading
What does graded mean?
A graded card has been checked by a third party grading company such as PSA, BGS, CGC or TAG, given a condition grade from 1 to 10, and sealed in a protective case with a unique cert number. A raw card has not been graded.
Which grading companies do you carry?
We carry cards graded by PSA, BGS, CGC and TAG. Each listing names the grading company and the grade.
